Difference Between Resin bead and acrylic bead
Resin bead, alos called by lucite bead, are cut from resin board with pattern, then polished by hand.resin bead is not very round mostly.
acrylic bead is made by machine with stainless steel injection mold , so you can find 2 things on acrylic bead, one is the hole by which the plastic liquid is injectied into mold, other thing is the imprint where the 2 part of mold is put togethr, even the bead is polished , but you still can see the imprint .

This is one resin bead necklace, all color is not on surface, if you break one bead, you will find there is same color ,inside and outside of the bead.

Resin bead color never fades, but this bad things will happen on acrylic beads.
